Detectives are searching for a driver who allegedly killed a puppy on purpose while speeding on a Whiteville-area roadway.
The Sunday afternoon incident was caught on security camera, according to the report. The driver allegedly ran over the puppy on purpose while traveling through Angela’s Court at a high rate of speed. The puppy was killed in front of the victim’s residence.
