Whiteville Police have charged a man with having sexual relations with an underage girl.
Norman Isiah Greenleaf, 32, of Brunswick, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor, statutory rape, and failure to appear on a felony. His bond was set at $350,000.
Warrants show that Greenleaf is alleged to have had sex with a girl under the age of 16. The incident occurred in December, the report said. Warrants were issued for Greenleaf in January.
