The Whiteville High School cheerleaders held their annual cheerleading camp on June 16-18.
This year saw 150 campers from ages 3-13 in attendance, with one cheerleading squad, Central Middle, participating as a team.
During the three days of the sessions, campers learned cheers, jumps, dances, sidelines, stunts, and gymnastics with the Whiteville Varsity and Junior Varsity serving as cheer instructors. On the final day, all the participants performed in a cheerleading showcase.
The camp is an annual fundraiser for the cheerleading program at Whiteville High School.
The Wolfpack cheerleaders are coached by Amanda Hill (Varsity Coach), Cambrika Jackson (JV Coach), and Carrie-Ann Clemons (Assistant Coach). The WHS cheerleading staff thanked everyone for their support.
