
With the game tied in the seventh inning, Easton Spivey singled in the game-winning RBI to lead Whiteville AAA All-Stars to a 7-6 victory against South Stanley on Tuesday.
He also gave a solid performance on the mound going, 3 1/3 innings giving up four runs on two hits, while striking out three and walking three. Corbin Mullins also threw 1 2/3 innings of shutout ball. Landen Singletary led the bats going 3-3, with a home run, double and three RBI’s. Avery Harrellson also went 3-3 at the plate.

Whiteville pitchers combined for a strong effort as Whiteville took down the Kenansville Major All-Stars 9-5.
Carter Creech gave up two hits, five runs, three walks and five k’s over 3 1/3 innings. Eli Memory also pitched two innings of shutout ball in relief. Liam Wachter provided the sparks at bat with two hits and three RBI’s.
Whiteville also pounded out 10 hits as a team, with Carter Creech, Sam Merritt, and Liam Wachter two hits apiece.
