The Columbus County School District has officially announced the dates for their upcoming open houses. These events will provide students and their families an opportunity to meet teachers and administrators, tour classrooms, and receive important information about schedules and policies, and ensure students are prepared for a successful start to the new school year.
Below is a list of each school’s open house dates and times.
- South Columbus High: Freshman Orientation-Aug. 19 from 6-7:30 p.m.
- Williams Township School: 5-8th graders- Aug. 20 at 5:30 p.m.
- Acme Delco Elementary: PreK-6th graders- Aug. 21 from 4-6 p.m.
- Chadbourn Elementary: PreK-5th graders- Aug. 21 at 4 p.m.
- East Columbus Jr./Sr. High: 7-12th graders- Aug. 21 from 5-7 p.m.
- Hallsboro Artesia Elementary: PreK-6th graders- Aug. 21 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- Nakina Middle: 5-8 graders- Aug. 21 from 5-7 p.m.
- Old Dock Elementary: PreK-4th graders- Aug. 21 from 4-6 p.m.
- Tabor City School: PreK-8th graders- Aug. 21 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- West Columbus High: 9-12th graders- Aug. 21 from 6-8 p.m.
- West Columbus School: PreK-8th graders- Aug. 21 2-7 p.m.
- Williams Township School: PreK-4th graders- Aug. 21 at 5:30 p.m.
