The Burger

This Ivey’s Burger was the first burger I’ve encountered that’s been prepared in what I call “restaurant style”.  Large beef patty, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickle. An impressive plating that stood tall.

Price: $6.21

Flavor: 2 – Patty was bland. Needed more seasoning.
Texture: 1 – Patty was dry, slightly overcooked. Bun was soft and nice, toppings were crisp.

Build and Balance: 1 – Large patty overpowered toppings, mustard and pickle stood out above the rest.
Presentation: 2 – Served on a plate. Stood tall and looked impressive.
Total: 6 Points

Ed’s Grill: 8 Etna Diner: 9 Jerry’s: 7 Ivey’s Cafe: 6
