A suspected impaired driver was found to be carrying a fully-automatic handgun when he was arrested early Friday morning.
Wilbor Alexis Castro Dominguez, 29, was held under no bond on charges of DWI and possession of a weapon of mass destruction, according to warrants and detention center reports. His address was listed as 829 Meadow Dr., Loris.
Dominguez was arrested after deputies allegedly found a Glock handgun that had been modified with a switch to make it fully automatic.
