The missing girl from Kelly was found safe in Whiteville Monday and has been returned to her parents. Jessica Diaz, age 13, disappeared from her home around 11 p.m. Sunday, according to Bladen investigators.

Another runaway teen is still missing, according to the sheriff’s office. Kira Elise Ramsey, age 16, was last seen in the Whiteville area. She is a white female with dark hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing jeans with holes, a black hoodie and Crocs. She voluntarily left her residence November 5 with someone in a silver SUV. The second time wasn’t exactly the charm for a juvenile who broke into a Whiteville vape shop. The 13 year old boy allegedly attempted to break into World Vape on November 4, Whiteville Police said. He returned the next morning and gained entry through the back door of the Williamson Street business, and got away with $90 worth of cigarettes, vapes and THC products. The boy was identified and detained by police.
