A Thanksgiving shooting in Nakina sent a man to jail Thursday.
Pasiano Esteban Hernandez, 38, of 12 Lexia Lane, Nakina, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a firearm inside a structure.
Warrants show he fired a 9mm handgun inside a home at 12 Lexie Lane while trying to shoot Ramon Pablo Hernandez. The report was not available due to the holiday, but the warrant does not describe the extent of any injuries.
Hernandez was held without bond pending a first appearance Monday.
