November 5, 1937 ~ November 6, 2025 (age 88)
Reverend Junious “Nee” Napoleon Webb, 88, of Lake Waccamaw, completed his earthly journey—having run his race with endurance and kept the faith—on November 6, 2025.
Rev. Webb was born in Columbus County on November 5, 1937, to the late Junious B. Webb and Annie D. Spaulding Webb. He was the widower of the late Pauline Moore Webb and was also preceded in death by three infant siblings, a nephew, and two great- grandchildren.
With unwavering faith, deep love, and steadfast dedication to the Lord, he was a faithful husband, father, grandfather, friend, preacher, and teacher of the gospel. After graduating from Waccamaw Indian High School, he pursued further education at Southeastern Community College. He was a master carpenter, builder, and skilled leader. At one point in his life, he operated his business as a licensed general contractor and was fortunate enough to have built more than 100 homes. A highlight of his life was owning and operating Triple W. Construction.
Our Lord called him into ministry, where he served faithfully for more than fifty-five years in gospel ministry. Continuing his studies as a devoted student of God’s Word, he earned the Richardson Bible Certificate after completing courses in every book of the Bible through Bible Alive Ministries. He was blessed to serve in many local churches as a pastor, associate pastor, interim pastor, and Sunday school teacher. Rev. Webb leaves behind six children: Junie Graham (Keturah) of Lake Waccamaw; Tammy M. Young (Chris) of Council; David J. Webb of Lake Waccamaw; Melinda Susan Webb of the home; Reverend Dr. Christopher M. Webb (Carmellia) of Pembroke; and Johnathan D. Webb (Prusann) of Lake Waccamaw; daughter-in-law, Victoria Webb; seventeen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and his brother, John Wesley Webb (Laura) of Lake Waccamaw. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, along with many special family members and friends who were devoted to calling and visiting him.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Lake Waccamaw. Burial will follow in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Buckhead.
The family will speak to friends prior to the service in the church from 1:00-1:45 p.m.
