County water customers in part of District III are experiencing an outage due to emergency repairs today (Tuesday).
Columbus County Public Water said in a press release that all customers along Waterfall Lane, Cascade Drive and Misty Lane will have discolored water and potentially other issues this afternoon.
The county recommends that ay water used for consumption be boiled for at least one minute through tomorrow. County staff are monitoring the problems and making repairs, the release said.
