A Delco man faces charges of indecent liberties with a minor stemming from an incident in November.
Timothy Showalter, 27, was arrested on outstanding warrants of indecent liberties with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released after posting a $20,000 secured bond, according to detention center records. He gave an address of Delco Prosper Road.
The case came about after an allegation of sexual assault was made to the sheriff’s office in November, the report said. The minor victim underwent a Child Medical Evaluation last week, and authorities used that information to apply for an arrest warrant.
