Columbus County and Whiteville City Schools will be on a two hour delay Wednesday, Feb. 5, due to the potential for hazardous driving conditions.
Freezing rain and road icing is likely during the early morning hours after a rain front move through today. Roads and elevated surfaces could have a thin coating of ice.
