Detectives have charged a Riegelwood man with statutory sex offense involving an underage girl.
Sterling Robertson, 23, of 99 Christian Lane, Riegelwood, is being held under no bond. He was charged with one count each of statutory rape and statutory sex offense with a child under the age of 15.
Robertson is alleged to have had intercourse with the girl in January, according to warrants.
