Immediate first aid often means the difference between life and death, and Acme-Delco-Riegelwood Fire-Rescue is working with a non-profit to provide free training for the public.
The class, hosted by 360ENC, will cover emergency first aid and CPR. The event is free, and especially geared toward parents, caregivers, first responders and ordinary citizens who might be called upon to help save a life.
The class is April 25 from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Ransom Center, 2696 Gen. Howe Hwy., Riegelwood.
