WHITEVILLE 18, RED SPRINGS 2

RED SPRINGS—Whiteville moved to 7-0 in the Southeastern Conference as they defeated Red Springs 18-2 in baseball on Tuesday night.

The Wolfpack only gave up one hit on the night. The Pack now have a two-game lead in the conference with three games left.

Whiteville (7-0, 12-6) and Red Springs (0-7, 7-11) will do a rematch on Friday night in Whiteville for Senior Night.

WEST BLADEN 8, SOUTH COLUMBUS 2

DUBLIN—West Bladen won their seventh game in a row as the Knights defeated South Columbus 8-2 in baseball on Tuesday night.

Hunter Hester had two hits and a RBI to lead the Knights to victory. The win gives West Bladen a 4-3 conference record and a 15-6 record for the season.

South Columbus (3-4, 9-9) will host West Bladen in a rematch on Friday.

ELIZABETHTOWN—East Bladen rallied in the seventh inning to beat West Columbus 3-2 in baseball on Tuesday night.

Davion Lewis hit a single to drive in Zack Sholar for the winning run. The win moves the Eagles to 5-4 in the Carolina Conference and 8-10 on the year. The Eagles will travel to Union (0-10, 0-21) on Thursday. West Columbus (4-6, 7-11) host West Brunswick (10-10) today (April 22).

EAST COLUMBUS 15, UNION 0

LAKE WACAMMAW—East Columbus defeated Union 15-0 in baseball on Tuesday.

The Gators are now 7-2 in the Carolina Conference and 12-5 on the year. Union falls to 0-10 and 0-21 on the season. East Bladen moves to 5-4, 8-10 in the conference and 0-21 on the season.

East Columbus will travel to Lakewood (3-6, 6-12) on Thursday while Union will go to East Bladen (5-4, 8-10) Thursday.
