The suspect in a March 28 home invasion has been arrested.
Draquawn W. Williams, 26, of 41 Villa Dr., Whiteville, is being held under no bond, charged with armed robbery, first degree burglary, two counts of second degree kidnapping, larceny, two counts of assault by pointing a gun, and injury to personal property, according to Detention Center records.
Warrants show that Williams is alleged to have forced his way into the home of Thurman Badklwin and Shawn Adams at 59 New Hope St., Whiteville, and held both victims at gunpoint. He allegedly took their cellphones and cash with a value of around $2,000.
Williams also allegedly damaged a security camera worth more than $200, the warrant said.
