EAST COLUMBUS 9, EAST BLADEN 1
LAKE WACCAMAW—Gracie Coyle threw a one-hitter as East Columbus defeated East Bladen 9-1 in softball Thursday night to clinch a tie with North Duplin for the Carolina Conference Regular Season Championship.
Both squads finished 9-1 in the conference this season. Kamora Bryant led the Gators’ attack with a homerun, three hits, and three RBI’S. The Gators (18-5) find out today (Monday) when and who they will play in the 1A playoffs.
East Bladen concludes its regular season at 6-4 in the conference and 8-12 on the season. The Eagles are expected to receive a berth in the 2A playoffs to be announced on Monday.

SOUTH COLUMBUS 12, WHITEVILLE 2
TABOR CITY–South Columbus ended its regular season with a 12-2 victory over Whiteville on Thursday. South Columbus finished in second place in the Southeastern Conference with a 7-3 mark and 9-11 overall. The Stallions should receive a spot in the 3A playoffs to be announced on Monday. Whiteville finished the regular season at 1-9 in the conference and 2-14 on the year. As of right now, the Pack may receive a berth in the 3A playoffs announced on Monday. The Wolfpack are the last seed in as of today.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK 7, WEST BLADEN 1
DUBLIN—Shea Brown and Gracie Yopp got two hits and an RBI each as the South Brunswick completed the conference regular season undefeated as the Cougars downed West Bladen 7-1 in softball Thursday night.
The Cougars finished 10-0 in the Southeastern Conference and 18-5 overall. They will wait for the pairings in the 5A playoffs to be announced on Monday. West Bladen ended its regular season at 6-4 in the conference and 9-11 on the year. The Knights are expected to receive a 3A playoff berth on Monday but they will need to right the ship. West Bladen will ride a 4-game losing streak going into the playoffs.
