Harriet V. Johnson, 64, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at her home after a long battle with cancer. She was born November 12, 1957, in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Harry Vernon and Violet Dolores (Cribb) Vernon.
Survivors include her children, Tracy Morgan of Whiteville, NC and James Allen (Crystal) Johnson, Jr of Little River, SC; four grandchildren, Ashley (Angel) Lee of Aynor, SC, Teeya Lee of Whiteville, NC, and Alley and James “AJ” Allen Johnson, III of Little River, SC; four great-grandchildren, Kayden & Kolesyn Maldonado, and Kynden and Ansleigh Lee; brothers, Donnie Long of Sanford, NC and Kevin Long of Conway; and a sister, Rosemary Johnson of Aynor.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, April 15, 2022, in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bobby Cartrette officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 PM prior to the service in the chapel.
