Three men were hurt and one arrested after a stabbing Saturday near Chadbourn.
Michael Joseph Tubbs, 42, was held under $75,000 secured bond, according to detention center reports. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and assault with a deadly weapon. His address was listed as 146 Arthur Graham Lane, Chadbourn.
Tubbs is alleged to have stabbed one man and assaulted two others in a fight on Broadway Road, Chadbourn. A car windshield was also broken during the incident, according to the sheriff’s office report.
The fight happened near where a triple homicide occurred during a party July 3.
