A Delco man is being held under $250,000 bond after he was indicted for allegedly instructing a woman to teach a four year old to perform a sex act in a video he planned to sell.
Christopher Ryan Anderson 38, was taken into custody and jailed around 1 a.m. today (Sept. 17), the sheriff’s office said. He was charged with a single count of first degree sexual exploitation of a minor. His address was listed as Delco Prosper Road.
The sheriff’s office reported that Anderson allegedly recorded the four year old victim engaging in a sex act, and sent the recordings to a woman, asking her “to help teach the minor child to perform oral sex,” the report said. The woman has not been charged in the case.
Investigators determined that Anderson allegedly planned to sell the images.
Anderson was initially held under no bond prior to his first court appearance, where a judge set bond at $250,000.
