Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance after a larceny Friday afternoon.
Columbus County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported larceny at a property on Sam Potts Highway. The caller advised that sometime after 1 p.m. Friday, an empty 100 lb. propane tank, a full 100 lb. tank, and two vehicle batteries,
The LP tanks are marked as Dew Oil Company tanks. At this time, there is no known suspect information.
