Attorney Tabitha Etheridge has been stripped of her law license after failing to respond to two complaints before the bar association.
Etheridge practiced family law in Whiteville.
The order from the state bar association said that Etheridge repeatedly failed to reply to letters asking for her cooperation in two grievance complaints.
The bar entered an order revoking her license in March, to take effect 30 days after she was served with the court order.
