Hugh Alexander Jacobs, 72, of the Buckhead Community of Bolton, died peacefully on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Jacobs was born on October 4, 1953, son of the late James Jacobs and Florence Jacobs. In addition, he was also preceded in death by his grandchildren, Mitchell & Dillan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at New Hope Baptist Church in Buckhead with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday evening, at Worthington Funeral Home.
Mr. Jacobs leaves behind his wife, Wendy Graham Jacobs; children, Marsha Gail Jacobs, Lana Jacobs, Hugh Jacobs (Jana), Shayla Elizabeth Jacobs, Josh Thompson (April); grandchildren, Kasia, Dylena, Abygale, Chandler, Hayven, Hudson, Harper, Hartley, Allyssa, Kylan, Chesley; great-grandson, Austin.
