After last weekend’s rains drowned out several Christmas programs, Lake Waccamaw has rescheduled its annual candlewalk and parade.
The candlewalk will be Thursday at 5:30 p.m. starting at Town Hall on Flemington Drive, and go from Town Hall to the community Christmas tree.
The parade will be Saturday at 10 a.m. lineup is at 9 a.m. at Elizabeth Brinkley Park. No fees or applications are required.
Light the Lakeshore will continue through the month.
