A Delco man is in jail under no bond on a charge of voluntary manslaughter.
Roy Lee Brown, 70, of 540 Evergreen Rd., Delco, was booked into the county detention center just after 1 a.m. Sunday (today), according to reports.
Warrants show he is charged with the death of Gregory Glenn Simpson Jr.
