A Delco man who was allegedly turkey hunting without a license was also wanted on other charges.
Christopher Hunter Simmons, 25, of 5270 Livingston chapel Rd., Delco, was charged with hunting without a license and two counts of failure to tag big game, according to detention center and court documents. He was also charged with three counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor and non-payment of child support. His bond was set at $11,000.
Simmons was previously arrested in Brunswick County for hunting without a license, and taking game out of season. HE was arrested by Wildlife Enforcement and the Sheriff’s Office.
