The McLean duo of Luke and Layton pitched Whiteville to victory. Layton started and pitched three innings and gave up five hits, while Luke got the win in relief, striking out 10 batters. Colin Hooks led the Pack’s bats with two hits and an RBI while Jake Odham had two runs batted in off of a single. West Bladen, who entered the playoffs as a five seed, saw their season end at 18-8.
