LOS ANGELES—East Bladen standout Larrell Murchison recently re-signed a contract with Los Angeles Rams.
He is currently on the practice squad. The five-year veteran was a fifth-round draft pick in 2020 by the Tennessee Titans. After his playing days at East Bladen High School, he attended Louisburg Junior College and was Honorable Mention All-American while there. He then took his talents to N.C. State. His senior year for the Wolfpack, Murchison recorded seven sacks.
In 2022, he was waived by the Titans and picked up by the Rams. This past season, the LA Rams lost 31-27 to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC title game for a chance to go to the Superbowl.

Murchison is a fixture in Bladen County, having sponsored six free camps and “fun days” in Elizabethtown to support youth and football in the community.
