A man is in jail under no bond after allegedly breaking into a woman’s house, assaulting her and damaging her vehicle.
Jason Henry, 31, is charged with breaking and entering to terrorize, assault on a female, domestic violence, and property damage. On court documents his address was listed as 515 N. Wilson St., Chadbourn.
Warrants show on Sept. 6, Henry allegedly broke into the home of a woman with whom he was previously engaged in a romantic relationship. He allegedly pulled the woman’s hair and punched her in the face with his fist.
Henry is also charged with ripping the side mirrors off the woman’s car and breaking two windows.
