Here’s today’s Bottom Line
A ridge of high pressure will push into the deep south over the rest of this week. Dry weather and clear skies will be the result… along with a mid-October heat wave and a day or two higher than 90 degrees (!!).
But what goes up must come down. Including the temperatures. The mid-summer-like ridge will be pushed well off the coast by a strong cold front late Friday. This will result in continued dry conditions but MUCH cooler temps for the weekend with some of the chilliest early morning lows since the spring.
TROPICS: A small disturbance off the coast of Africa is already on life support.
