A multi-month undercover investigation has led to the arrest of a Tabor City-area man. Phillip Tyrone Jenrette, 38, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine and marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for drug activities, and possession of paraphernalia.
