A woman is facing felony child abuse charges after allowing an infant to ingest cocaine. Kayana Yolanda Moore, 30, of 115 Marvin’s Dr., Chadbourn, was arrested just after midnight today (March 31) on charges of felony child abuse, causing bodily injury, and failure to appear.
