A fight between inmates at Tabor Correctional sent one man to the hospital. Tabor City Police Officer J. Hicks reported that Francisco Bastian-Castaneda, 29, allegedly attacked fellow inmates Marteise Javon Hines with a broomhandle just after noon May 20.
