Lois Mae Williamson Norris, age 82, of Tabor City, died Friday, December 3, 2021 in her home. Born December 17, 1938 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late William James “Lace” Williamson and Letha Mae Jacobs Williamson.
She is survived by her husband, Charlie Monroe Norris of the home; three sons: Charles William Faircloth (Brenda) of Tabor City, Roger Dale Faircloth (Alesa) of Tabor City and Lacy Ray Faircloth of Tabor City; two daughters, Hilda Faircloth Montel (Victor) of Tabor City and Charlene Norris (Juan Carlos) of Tabor City; two sisters: Rose Williamson of Clarendon and Dillie Elizabeth Williamson Inman of Cerro Gordo; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John Monroe Norris; daughter, Teresa Mae Faircloth; and brother, Jack Norman Williamson.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Emerson Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Stanley Stevens Cemetery, Nakina, NC.
