Nezzie Mae Robinson Bowen, age 81 of Whiteville, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at UNC Health SE, in Lumberton.
Nezzie was born on October 11, 1940, in Columbus County, to the late Henry Bell and Ethel Viney Coleman Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willard Jasper Bowen, and her siblings, James Riley Robinson, Grady Lee Robinson, John Benny Robinson, and Margaret Ann Bradbury.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday (December 14, 2021) at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend Wendell Ray officiating. Interment will follow in Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Worthington Funeral Home on Tuesday.
Nezzie leaves behind her children, Ivan Price (Tammy) of Whiteville, Marty Grayson Price (Renee) of Whiteville; grandchildren, Michael Dewayne Price (Amber), Zachary Price, Ivana Price, Mason Price, Dylan Price, and Victoria Price; great-grandchildren, Easton Price and Madalynn; her niece, Roxanne Bradbury of Haines City, FL and nephew, Darryl Bradbury (Debbie) of Haynes City, FL..
