First Class Salon & Nails Does Ribbon Cutting
After being open since August 2020, Kareesa Enzor of First Class Salon & Nails did her ribbon cutting at her South Madison Street location in downtown Whiteville. Local officials, friends, and family were on hand to congratulate Kareesa and her staff.
