Betty Faye Cribb Nealy-Long, age 81 of Chadbourn, left this earth to enter into her eternal home on Saturday, September 17, 2022, while in the Lower Cape Fear Angel House in Whiteville.
Betty was born on May 12, 1941, to the late Pearlie Cribb and Mae Cribb. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Ethel Cribb, Carson Cribb, Cleveland Cribb, Elder Sammie Cribb; her granddaughter, Candy Michelle Nealy, and her grandson, Tommy “Tom Tom” Nealy.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 19th, 2022, at China Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Charles Dudley and Pastor John McPherson officiating.
The family will speak to friends from 10:30-11:00 a.m., prior to the service.
Survivors include her four sons, Michael Nealy (Robin), Earl Nealy (Deborah), Tommy Nealy, all of Chadbourn, and Kenneth Nealy (Margie) of Nichols, SC; sister, Shirley Cribb Sellers of Florida; grandchildren: Toby Nealy, Tonia Soles, Crystal Worrell, Jeremy Nealy, Anthony Nealy, Timmy Nealy, Jason Nealy, Randy Nealy, William Nealy, Donovan Nealy, Dewayne Nealy, Billy Jean, and Julian Nealy. Betty also leaves behind 27 great grandchildren/great-great grandchildren.
