Whiteville Police have charged two men in separate child sex offense cases.
According to a press release from the WPD, Dakoda Brown was arrested Dec. 19 on two counts each of second and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was held under $200,000 secured bond.
Detention Center records listed his address as 808 N. Thompson St., Whiteville.
In another case, WPD arrested a Leland man on multiple sex charges against minors.
Trevor Garrett Bell, 42, of 1333 Garden Springs Ct., Leland was charged with seven counts each of second and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. His bond was set at $200,000 secured. He was taken into custody Dec. 20.
WPD did not release any specifics about either case.
