Carolyn Hunt Crocker, 76, of Chadbourn, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 1, 2024, while in the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center in Whiteville, NC.
Carolyn was born on December 10, 1947, she was preceded in death by her father, Jack Hunt and siblings, Randy Hunt, Dean Hunt, Shelby Hunt, and Rosetta H. Bunch.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5th, 2024, at Worthington Funeral Home with a burial to follow in the Hammonds-Locklear Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45 prior to the service on Friday.
Carolyn was very active in the community and had a heart for everyone. Carolyn would help anyone in need, with the resources she had. She had a deep love for her family, friends, and community.
Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Denise Roberts Davies (Mark) of Raeford; her mother, Addie Hammonds Hunt of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Mark Daniel Davies, Christine Marie Davies; sister, Kathy Hunt of Whiteville; a brother, Jack Wayne Hunt of Chadbourn; five nieces and two nephews.
The family will meet at the home of Kathy Hunt- 3232 Pine Log Road Whiteville, NC 28472.
