Memorial service’s will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 1pm in the Union funeral home chapel. He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter Ca’siya Monroe.
His loving mother Yolanda McCoy (Matalles McCoy Sr.) of NC. His father Kenneth Monroe (Sidona Monroe) of SC. 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Jonathan (J-Lu) Lewis of Las Vegas, NV with 2 nieces & 1 nephew. Kristan (Krissy) Monroe of Whiteville, NC with 1 niece & 1 nephew. Matthew (Jamar) Monroe of Charlotte, NC with 1 niece on the way. Malanda McCoy of Whiteville, NC, Matellas McCoy Jr. of Whiteville, NC, Nijah Monroe, Ethan Monroe, Damarion Monroe. Grandmother Annie Monroe (Cricket) of Lake Waccamaw, NC and Marilyn McCoy of Whiteville, NC. A host of uncles, aunties and cousins.
Preceding him in death was his grandfather (William Monroe). And his grandmother (Thelma Gaines aka Grandma Boo-Boo)
