The abuse occurred in his Tabor City home over the course of several years. His wife Reyna Pineda is awaiting trial on charges of felony child abuse and accessory charges. Her bond was set at $1,500.
District Attorney Jon David said in a press release that Redono-Paloma was arrested in January after an extensive investigation by Tabor City Police, the Dept. of Social Services and Carolyn’s Kaleidoscope Child Advocacy Center.
Warrants show that Redono-Paloma was charged with statutory rape, statutory sex offence, indecent liberties with a minor, and incest. The four girls were all under the age of 15 when the offenses occurred. David thanked all the agencies involved for “their diligent efforts in investigating these horrific offenses.”
