Ronald David Sellers, 71, of Whiteville, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Ronald was born on October 30, 1952, son of the late Ralph David Sellers and Edna Allen Sellers. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mala Sellers.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Worthington Funeral Home. Visitation will follow the service at Vicky’s home.
Ronald served his country in the United States Army, having served in the Vietnam War. He attended
Chadbourn Church of God of Prophecy.
The surviving family includes a daughter, Jessica Sellers Benjamin (Tony) of Lake View, SC; grandchildren, Paiton Benjamin, Kaitlyn Benjamin; siblings, Donald Sellers of Whiteville, Vicky Sellers of Whiteville, Joshua Sellers (Susie) of Trinity, NC, Jamie Snipes (Mary) of Lexington, NC; nieces & nephews, Dr. Crystal Campbell of Summerville, SC, Candace McCarthy of Fredericksburg, VA, Derek Sellers, Tyler Sellers, Zachre Sellers, all of Whiteville, and Charles Grainger of Goldsboro; nieces & nephews, Brandon, Lauren, Walker, and Isaiah; a host of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
