Children can learn how food is grown, produced and prepared in the Farm to Fork Camp Aug. 9-12 at Cooperative Extension.
The 4-H camp will center on basic farming techniques; animal care; harvesting crops; cooking lessons; nutrition workshops and grilling lessons.
Campers will also get to visit area farms, take part in hands-on workshops and enjoy community meals.
Cost is $40. The camp is for youth 9-12 years of age. Registration is limited to 15 youth.
