Mrs. Lelia C. Vereen 75, of Shallotte, NC gave the Lord her hand and transitioned to be with her Lord on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center, Bolivia, NC. She was the daughter of the late Ms. Rhudell Griffin of Thomasboro, NC.
A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Vereen will be conducted on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11:00am from Seaside Christian Fellowship Church, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Calabash, NC.
Mrs. Vereen is survived by one son: Mr. Dial G. Vereen of Shallotte, NC, and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
A viewing will be held on Saturday following the service.
