Patricia S. Russ of Whiteville passed away September 10, 2024. She was born August 21, 1928 in Columbus County to the late Carl Sasser and Ethel Pierce Sasser.
She is survived by her brother, Eugene Sasser of Whiteville; sisters, Doris Nichols (Earl) of Bishopville SC, Sarah Crawford (Charles) of Whiteville; grandson, Russ Williams of Greensboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, M. Junius Russ; sisters, Leotha Jordan, Esther Williamson, Carolyn Hester; brothers, Jack Sasser and Shafter Sasser.
Her funeral service will be held Sunday September 15, 2024 at 2:30pm at Peacock Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rick Wieldman officiating.
