Autumn Lee-Anne Wells, 37, of Evergreen, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at home.
She was born on September 3, 1987 in Columbus County to Jimmy Lee Wells and Doris Evelyn Brown Wells.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with visitation to follow the service.
Autumn graduated from West Columbus High School, where she was a dedicated member of the marching band and a cherished teammate on the softball, volleyball, and cheerleading teams.
She leaves behind countless cherished memories made with family, friends, and loved ones—moments that will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Jimmy Lee Wells and Doris Evelyn Brown Wells; children, Gracelynn Brooke Rabon, Kaiden Lee Rabon, Memphis Gauge Altman, Phoenix Cruz Wells; sister, Teresa Lynn McPherson (Ray) of Evergreen; grandmother, Elizabeth Powers Wells Callihan of Bladenboro, two nephews, Eric Stephen Wells of Evergreen and Jimmy “Jamie” Charles Cloer (Miranda) of Cerro Gordo; niece, Savannah FormyDuval (Matthew) of Clarkton.
