BRASELTON, GA—Willie Johnson, Jr., 81, formerly of Clarkton, NC, died Monday, July 14, 2025 at home.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, July 26, at Peoples Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Young Family Cemetery in Clarkton, NC.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Saturday one hour prior to the service.
Surviving are his son, James Johnson of the home; sisters, Annie L. Campbell of Knightdale, NC, Mary R. James and Alice F. Lacewell of Fayetteville, NC; brother, Charles L. Johnson and George R. Johnson of Durham, NC and James W. Johnson of Ft. Washington, MD.
