Whiteville Police have arrested a man suspected in an Aug.15 sexual assault.
James Edward Williams, 43, of 106 Chapp[in St., Chadbourn, is being held under no bond, charged with three counts of second degree forced sex offense and felony breaking and entering, according to detention center records.
Williams is alleged to have broken into a home in Barbcrest Apartments to attack the woman, warrants show. The incident was investigated by Whiteville Police.
