Southeastern Community College recently added three new members to the board of trustees. Brett Burroughs, a Williams Township native, Michael Powell, a Hallsboro native and retired educator, and Chris Russell, a Chadbourn native, is one of Southeastern Community College’s newest and youngest Board of Trustee members.
Warrants show an alleged drug trafficker starved a dog to death, in addition to dealing cocaine and MDMA. Antonio Ward, 39, with addresses of 80 Ward Village Drive and 602 Rough Horn Rd., Evergreen, is being held under $110,000 secured bond.
